I specifically look for Debbie in the perfume department when looking for a new scent. We seem to have similar taste in perfume so she takes her time and gives suggestions to what she thinks I would like. Every purchase I make with her she always leaves a generous amount of goodies. Make sure you look for her when making your next perfume purchase!

I walked into this store with my fiancé’ to buy shoes only to be totally ignored by every employee in site. They were all texting on their cell phones. It is amazing to me that this is allowed and if it is not, why is it not enforced. We left the store and s and made a considerable purchase at one of your competitors.

Took a stroll threw the store, and the staff was delightful. The young man who helped us was stupendous. I did not get his name, but he was in the back area (purse cutout area) and was low-cut/bald black hair.

Not a great selection of designers to choose from and the ones they did carry had barely anything In the section.
Aside from that the people working there do NOT leave you alone. I understand they are trying to make a commission or whatever but they KEPT following us around to show us more and more things and we just wanted to quietly browse on our own. There was a Christian louboutin bag I wanted and the lady trying to sell it to me changed my mind about getting it there because she was lying so much about the bag to make the sale, saying i would never find it anywhere else, they only made a few, etc etc. I found it on the website 5 minutes later.

Ms. Funda at the Chanel beauty counter was amazing at full face glam! The service booking process through Saks is dubious at best, but she made up for it!

We are new to Naples and frequent Saks shoppers.

I finally got out the house with my friend and my 3 month year old baby to get my partner a new Peter Milar shirt for
Christmas. When we got to the counter Mary Jo was gift wrapping a previous purchase but came around to see the baby and touched his feet. I, tired, disheveled
and happy to see gift wrapping was an option, asked if I too could have my purchase wrapped.

She said “no, that woman comes here every year to buy something for her son so I do that for her but
I can give you a box and ribbon” I was kind of confused … so I just said “yes, that would be great!”

I put the unassembled box and ribbon in the saks bag and put it under the tree the same way she gave it to me. I thought it would nice for William to open something rather
than dig around in a bag.. but atleast I can tell this story while he fumbles through the tissue paper ?

Editing to share that William bought a gift for me from Saks yesterday and his gift was wrapped without him even asking.

We both discussed our multiple saks experiences here in Naples and are less than impressed with the attitudes of employees.
