Great quality for an outlet. A+ customer service. Solid selection. Only removing one star because every time I have them order my size they always deliver the wrong one. Past 3 times it's happened, customer support has been able to fix the issue, but it's annoying having it happen so many times.

This is a really bad company when you want to buy something from there they are all good to you and when you want to do the refund they start play with you I'm try to do the refund in 4 month ago every employer in the Customer service say something different and in the end they will tell you oh sorry the The policy it said only 30 day , They sent me a shipment number and it was wrong And I call again they said oh sorry it was mistakes From the company and we will Send you another new shipment number so it's taken like about 3 months and after that, when I send the suit. They don't wanna send me the refund. Please, nobody buy from this company because they have a really bad service. After you buy the stuff from them, they just care to make money. They have a bad employer bad customer service , Shame on you guys I wish I can talk with somebod Who's can help in this company And I will suit this company and call the parrot pure business on them, this is really bad , play with the Customer like this shim on you

The employees here know their stuff, I came in with what size I thought I recalled from my suit and they immediately knew it was wrong. I was fitted, and then, my wallet was wrung through the ringer. Don't get me wrong, the suit jacket is good quality, but not worth $399.00

On top of that, I was sold on this "deal" of buying the jacket and a pair of pants that match, all for a total of $400.00 plus tax. The pants alone, would have been $199.00 so I figured this was a steal. I was gassed is what happened. The pants fit, and matched, but after wearing the ones I was shipped, because they did not have the right color in stock, I found that the legs hugged my calves when I sat down to the point that when I stood back up they wouldn't shift back down. Very annoying. And the pants were also dry clean only, what a fool I was. Who can afford dry cleaning every week in this economy? Should have checked the tags.

And of course, they put me into their annoying ad system, so now I get all the latest and greatest Brooks Brother's ads for overpriced clothes I don't want.

Heed my advice. If you really, MUST have a suit in a limited time, and have $400.00+ to burn, then go here. The store will in fact hook you up, while they hook your wallet on the meat cleaver. But if you're like me, a bargain hunter, someone who was only looking to spend $200.00 or less on a suit jacket, try someplace else.
