I placed my order in the store in November and they mailed me the complete wrong order. Working with Journeys online was the worst experience I have ever had. They then said they would send my the correct replacement order which was then canceled by them. I then had to chase down my refund trying to go on the chat and having to call. And this was for gift for my daughter for Christmas that she will not receive. NEVER again will I shop at Journeys.

Came in 10/22 around 12:30pm looking for a birthday gift I needed for same day. The two gentlemen working were phenomenal and gave me helpful knowledge to buy protection for the pair of Birkenstocks I purchased . I forgot both of the gentlemen’s names but both deserve the recognition . One is the store manager and the other gentlemen was new but is doing great! Nice selection of inventory as well

I went there today Sunday 8/28/2023 to buy shoes for my 2 teens age girls. I never get amazing customer service like I did today. They were busy but all 3 store associates were helping us they are super friendly as well. Best staff ever. Thank you for an amazing experience

I went there and this employee with curly hair and glasses was super condescending to me and at the moment to pay, he make the paper/sissors hand game with a blonde coworker to figure who would ringme up and he finger her leaving her astonished and who looked as the manager disappointed. I felt super bad for them and I left the place with anxiety instead of a good feeling after finally buying the shoes I always wanted. There’s no excuse for in less than 15minutes make everybody around you feel like sh&$. I’ll never buy again there if I see this employee, because the attitude is out of line for retail.

I don’t write reviews often, but when I say that yesterday I received the best customer service of my life I truly mean it. Evan Hinds went so above and beyond for my wife and I that we will specifically make an hour journey from our home to this location for shoes from now on. I don’t know how much this man makes, but he needs a raise. Thank you Evan! & My wife loved the shoes (hahaha)

I had the best customer experience at this Journeys location. I found my favorite pair of Vans and a new pack of socks.

I love the selection of Vans that they have; if you're looking for the classics or something unique you can find a pair here.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with both the selection and customer service. The Woman I spoke with today was the farthest from pleasant to talk to. My size was not available in multiple sneakers. She acted like I was inconveniencing her to even ask questions. My Aunt also was asking for help and again was treated the same way. Usually I only shop at Journeys since I'm a Converse Only sneaker wearer, as is my Aunt who has been wearing Converse for over 40 years. We will Not come back to this location!!
