I like that you can see the Doctor at their Palm Bay, Merritt Island, or Titusville offices, and then online for follow ups. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to patient care. I’ve been very impressed with the level of care from the staff. Joshua at the front desk is the man and has excellent customer service and a lot of knowledge about the industry.
